Topic: “No Image Available” Image | codeex.

Can you tell me where to find this image that populates the blog list page when there is no featured image selected? I would like to replace it with something better than the gray box it is now but can’t seem to find it in any of the folders. Can it just be replaced with another image? What size should it be? Thanks
