Topic: Homeland login & register goes to #

In the header there are 2 buttons for ‘Login’ and ‘Register’, however when clicked nothing opens and the url now shows a # sign at the end. I’ve made the settings change per the Homeland theme user guide on how to setup a ‘register form’.

Please explain what is supposed to occur from these 2 buttons – and hopefully why nothing happens when clicked. Are there other settings or pages that need to be made? There is no specific information in the user guide, nor could I find anything in the Support Forum.
