Awesome customer support. Had an issue with the google map pinging the wrong location despite having the correct coordinates set up.
I sent my request for support around 12:30 AM EST and got a reply within 20-30 mins. No idea what time zone the support team is located in, but he continued to work the problem with me (emailing back and forth off and on) until about we solved the problem around 2 AM!
He even went through the process up editing his code on the local server to make sure it wasn’t happening to him. Then he pointed me in the correct direction to resolve the issue. I figured it out from there and couldn’t be more pleased with the theme over all as well as the support!

I set a page up with this theme for a local Century 21 franchise. I got a lot of random requests from the company, but the theme developer was great about helping me get it all together in a timely manner. Quick support is at the top of my list since every theme is constructed a little differently. Sometimes you just need to know exactly where they put something or named something, and getting that answer quick and followed through is great. Thanks!
